the location was excellent. it was easy to access shops, restaurants, and transport. the staff were cute and always ready to help. the breakfast was delicious, varied, and well-presented.

the shower had overgrowth of suds in the crevices. i found black mould in the door rim. cleaning every three days is not acceptable.

Really good Stay at Ginza Hotel

I found the massage chair in my room particularly good after long days. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles daily, a great touch I really appreciate. The room had all necessary amenities, it makes my stay very comfortable. The location was amazing, so close to shopping and dining spots.

The internet connection at the hotel can be slow sometimes, it affects my work.

the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the room featured a massage chair (a definite plus after long days) and comfortable beds. i found the hotel staff to be very helpful and polite throughout my entire stay. housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room super clean.

the room felt a bit small but this is common in many city hotels, so it wasn't a significant issue for me.

i noticed that coffee, tea and water were available in the hall (very convenient). breakfast options seemed varied and catered to different preferences. the breakfast area looked clean and well-kept.

I enjoyed the massage chair in my room . the location was perfect. Many shops were nearby. great places to eat. i particularly appreciated the pho soup served for breakfast, it was a tasty treat.

the windows didn't open, so fresh air wasn't accessible, and i felt the hvac recirculated air. the room felt a bit stale as a result, a minor inconvenience though.
